Intelligent Doucment Tracking FileIT is an intelligent document sorting, tracking and management software. It offers complete solution for doucment management, applies both to hardcopy doucments, files and folders. RFIT technology is used to keep track of hardcopy documents. RFID offers detailed tracking functionality with our TAGIT RFID Middleware software. Project's Document Management User can upload and downlaod document information form the centralized server at a fast speed. All documents will be categorized based on user. Document sharing helps users to collaborate within organization. Sharing of document proves to provide proper tracking on modification status to a document. Ultimately, document sharing helps to minimize time loss due to doucment management. File Security & Easy Sharing Restrict the access to doucments by authorised personnel. An approval function enabled workflow management within a team. Email will be send out automatically to request for approval and notifications on approved doucments. Hardcopy document such a files, books, paper and many others are also very important to business. In FileIT, we provide RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) based tracking. We monitor movement of document using Radio Frequency technology. Each document can be tracked to the rightful owner the borrower, time of borrowing and so on. |
